this prog will generate a ihq config file with the most suitable proxy for you from a list of proxy you choose

so lets start with steps
1- download the config and paste it i
n ihq folder
2-run ihq server chooser
3-put the ihq path(without file name )
4-enter in each box a proxy (the prog will chose the best one)

5-click start then ihq will appear click start and enjooy !
